  • Timeouts: The user's data is not preserved after periods of inactivity, and we do not provide a warning stating the duration of the inactivity timeout.

  • Target Size: The target size of pointer inputs is smaller than 44 x 44 pixels.

Input Assistance

  • Help: Context-sensitive help is not available on the Customer Portal.
  • Error Prevention (All): Users cannot review or validate all form submissions. The feature is implemented only on pages that cause legal commitments or financial transactions.
