Keyboard Accessible
- Keyboard (No Exception): The signature field under the Sign Off Job page requires input depending on the user's movements.
Enough Time
- Re-authenticating: We do not provide users with a mechanism to keep the form data after the Customer Portal session has expired.
- Timeouts: The user's data is not preserved after periods of inactivity, and we do not provide a warning stating the duration of the inactivity timeout.
Input Modalities
- Target Size: The target size of pointer inputs is smaller than 44 x 44 pixels.
Input Assistance
- Help: Context-sensitive help is not available on the Customer Portal.
- Error Prevention (All): Users cannot review or validate all form submissions. The feature is implemented only on pages that cause legal commitments or financial transactions.
